Three Loeb alumni will serve on the seven-member jury for this year’s NY AIA Transportation and Infrastructure (T+I) Design Excellence Awards. Etty, Mark and Glenn will help select projects that “display outstanding achievement in socially responsible multi-modal connections between vulnerable neighborhoods, cities and regions, demonstrate excellence in transportation and infrastructure systems, such as equitable food and goods distribution, bridges and tunnels, mass transportation… shape, rejuvenate, and promote inclusive neighborhoods and cities… display excellence in sustainability, resiliency, and climate-sensitive design… and demonstrate exemplary new and emerging technologies and inventive or pioneering solutions.” They follow Susan Chin ‘00 and Rob Lane ‘09, who served on previous juries.
