Panelists
Laurie Beckelman ’88, has served arts, education, and historic preservation non-profits to provide fundraising, board development, strategic planning and project management services. Most recently she was the founding Associate Director of The Shed in New York after serving as lead consultant for the project since its inception.
Jamie Blosser ’15, is an architect and the Executive Director of the Santa Fe Art Institute, whose mission is to cultivate creative leadership and invest in community, culture, and place to re-imagine a more equitable world. Jamie has based her practice on issues of equity, resilience, and participatory processes.
Michiel van Iersel ’19 is an independent urbanist, curator, writer and Program Lead at the Chair of Architecture and Urban Transformation at ETH Zurich." He works at the intersection of the arts, architecture, urban design, and heritage to support cities and places that are socially inclusive and sustainable.
Josephine Ramirez ’03, is the Executive Vice President at The Music Center in Los Angeles where she oversees arts and cultural programming. Her work has been about transforming this 6-venue performing arts facility into a more relevant and accessible cultural asset for the people of LA County.
